Safe Flight Program

Life After abuse | Domestic Violence Assistance Program

Due to pain, shame, and fear, domestic violence is a battle that many are forced to fight alone. When many people think of domestic violence, they think of a woman being physically abused by her significant other. Although this is one form of domestic violence, it's not the only form. Domestic violence happens to men, women, and children. It includes:

  • Intimidation,

  • Physical assault,

  • Battery,

  • Sexual assault,

  • and other abusive behavior.

Oftentimes, this behavior and abuse intensifies over time. It is associated with a systematic pattern of power and control perpetrated by one intimate partner against another. Abuse can be physical, sexual, psychological, and emotional. How often it happens and the severity of domestic violence can vary dramatically amongst the victim; however, the one constant factor of domestic violence is the abusers consistent efforts to maintain power and control over the other. Domestic violence doesn't have an age qualification. It's not determined by you race, sex, religion, or how much money you make. It can happen to anybody. Many who have been affected directly and/or indirectly has lost their lives, while others suffer from physical or psychological traumas that can move through the generations and last a lifetime.

During the Safe Flight Program, we not only provide our members with the necessary resources needed, but members also gain access to our FREE personal and professional skills interactive workshops. These workshops are used to enhance or develop personal and professional skills, knowledge, and productivity. Partnered with the personal and professional interactive workshops, through our strategic partnerships, members will have the opportunity to take advantage of an intrinsic program referred to as the Developing Your Phoenix Move Experience, also known as DYPME. The DYPME is designed to assist each participant in their healing and transformation. It helps them regain full control of their lives through action-packed personal growth and development, customized strategic life planning, guided implementation, and personal and professional maintenance. As a member of Elite Phoenixes of America, Inc, participants are given a full opportunity to rebuild their lives from the ground up. We work side-by-side with our members to ensure they are being strategically guided through the process of total transformation. Our program provides the additional resources and services needed to continue growth, elevation, and maintain a healthy life balance and positive abundance in the four quadrants of life: spirituality, holistic health, relationships with self and others, and finances. Our members are not our clients, they are our family; and a family that genuinely supports, loves, guides, strengthen, protect, and uplifts one another, stays together!
